Return and Warranty Policy for DVRyourCAR
The following document outlines our returns policy and our product warranty.
- All cameras (excluding accessories) have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Product warranty is non-transferable. Original receipt must be included
- Customers can return the item within 10 days of the date of purchase and a full refund will be given. This is based on the following: everything must be in new condition, including the packaging, all accessories, and instructions manual. If any of the following is missing or damaged, no refunds will be allowed. Partial refunds will be considered upon what is returned.
- If the item is faulty due to manufacturing a replacement will be provided and the cost of returning the item to us will be not refunded. Where no replacement is available a pro rated refund will be given.
- Manufacture defects have a 6 months warranty. This does not include any user error or abuse. If the unit is taken apart in anyway, warranty is automatically voided and no refunds or returns will be allowed. It will also be up to customers responsibility to arrange for return shipping of the defective items.
